Important Notes Before Proceeding
Please carefully review what happens when an account deletion request is processed under Rebipay policies and applicable Indian financial regulations.
Irreversible & Permanent Removal
Once your request is approved and executed, your login credentials, saved preferences, retail distributor linkages, and access to the Rebipay mobile app and web portal will be permanently terminated.
Wallet Balance & Pending Settlements
Ensure that any remaining wallet balance is exhausted or transferred before initiating deletion. Accounts with pending chargebacks, disputes, or active transactional holds cannot be closed until fully resolved.
Regulatory & Statutory Record Retention
In compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI), NPCI, Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), and IT Act guidelines, historical financial transaction logs, tax invoices, and mandatory audit records will be retained securely for statutory archival periods.
Verification & Processing SLA
To prevent unauthorized deletion, our compliance team will verify the registered mobile number. The standard processing window is completed within 7 to 14 business days.
